The Credit Products Analyst (CPA) is an integral member of the Middle Market client team and assists the Credit Products Officer and Portfolio Management Officer in credit management and the delivery of the end-to-end credit experience to our clients. Primary responsibilities include: 1) Preparation of: Financial Statement Spreads, Risk Rating Scorecards, Financial Analysis Summaries, Annual Exposure Reports and Credit Risk Profiles. Where required, this analysis includes reflecting a correct and thorough representation of the clients operations, repayment capacity, and other critical issues, paying particular attention to industry and financial trends and confirming the accuracy of risk ratings and recommending changes as warranted. 2) Monitoring of clients’ operating performance/financial condition and proactively identifying issues and opportunities. 3) Evaluating covenant compliance and performance pricing issues that may require modification to approval and legal documentation. 4) Assisting with the preparation of Credit Approval Memoranda, Repayment Models, Financial Projections, Client Presentations, Proposal Letters and Term Sheets. 5) Assisting with the evaluation of new credit requests, and renewals and expansion of existing credit facilities. This includes client and industry research. 6) Identifying policy exceptions and make recommendations that mitigate credit risks or remedy the exceptions. 7) Ensuring data integrity through the technically accurate input of information to all systems.

Bachelor's degree in business; finance, accounting or economics is preferred .
Solid analytical and technical skills to support the assessment of financial statements.
Ability to work independently and manage workload priorities appropriately.
Ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with business partners and credit team fostering teamwork, creditability and trust.
Exhibits sound judgment, logical reasoning and a desire to achieve results and success.
