Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Preferred - Full Time – Monday –

Friday from 10:30am – 7:00pm.

Ideal candidate will have ability/experience to work in a fast paced call center environment; have great reasoning, trouble shooting skills, as well as great customer service skills.

Description
Talks with guarantors/patients by phone and in person to obtain information needed to resolve problems and complete tasks promptly and courteously. Confers with other staff members to obtain additional information and clarification needed to resolve account problems.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Must be able to work Full Time – Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 7:00pm.
