As an MRC Customer Trainer you will take a key role in building service and training focused relationships with end users to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
You will also plan, organize and deliver training and support to customers of MRC within a designated territory, with the ultimate objective of driving product usage and ensuring customer retention.
To deliver training on products and services to new customers.
To deliver training and support to existing customers in response to identified low product usage, working with Account Managers and Sales Representatives as necessary.
To assist in pre-sales demonstrations of products and services to customers where there is a potential high-value sale.
To deliver training on our products and services during customer trials.
To collaborate with the Account Managers to plan appropriate training as necessary.
To provide feedback on training and customer perceptions to relevant colleagues in a timely manner.
Track training requests, update training events with user details, provide additional information on the training event that will assist the Account Manager or Sales Representative.
To be prepared to cover for other Customer Trainers during periods of illness or absence
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Valid Drivers License

Prior Xerox knowledge and experience
