We are looking for an organized and energetic individual with excellent communication skills that can provide an elevated level of customer support to our Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) user base. This new position will be responsible for working with members throughout the Audible organization to ensure ACX users are cared for with white glove treatment. In addition to ACX, this position will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to customers who contact us via Audible’s social media channels. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours and have the ability to excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide an elevated level of customer support to our ACX user base
  • Responsible for providing business consultation towards contract agreements, audiobook production, and post-production inquiries
  • Manage Audible’s presence in social networking sites
  • Monitor trends and track metrics to assist in identifying knowledge gaps and reporting
  • Cooperatively work with peers towards time sensitive goals and initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ACX processes and training material
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Basic Qualifications

Skills/Experience Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university preferred
  • Experience in book publishing & contractual agreements preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience with Social media tools and techniques
  • Strong sense of initiative and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment Ability to create great working relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment with a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university preferred
Experience in book publishing & contractual agreements preferred
