SUMMARY

This Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing consumers with a quality customer experience. This service is conducted through the avenues of phone, mail processing and via the web. Individuals will provide resolutions to consumer questions and issues in a consultative and quality manner.

There are openings on teams providing services to many industries including Entertainment, Healthcare/Insurance, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Please indicate any preferences on your applicaiton.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Consults with customers via mail, web, and over the telephone to process information, requests, or comments in an efficient manner

Follows up with outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Learns and utilizes client software and sells and/or services client products according to established performance guidelines

Demonstrates excellent communication, computer and data entry skills

Establishes and develops relationships with clients and co-workers

Resolves customer problems and complaints with a sense of urgency

Utilizes technology to create and retain consumer data and records

QUALIFICATIONS

They must be very customer focused and reliable. Exceptional listening skills are a must. Ability to learn client/Alta Resources systems quickly. Strong work ethic a must. Must possess strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. One year customer service experience required, preferably in a call center.

TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE

This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Beginning MS Word, using Windows based systems, and basic internet knowlege. Also, individuals must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.
