Luther Customer Care Center, part of the Luther Automotive Group - the Midwest’s largest family owned group of automobile dealerships - is hiring entry level positions with professional growth opportunities within the Luther Automotive Group. Luther Customer Care Center is located in Hopkins, MN.
DUTIES: Inbound and outbound telephone customer service communication. Successful candidates will be able to multi-task and be proficient operating in an environment that is fast paced. The position requires simultaneous listening, typing and talking while navigating through multiple systems during each customer call.
HOURS: This is an hourly position, pay based on experience. Both full-time and part-time positions offered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dealership experience desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Candidates must basic computer skills – MS Outlook and Internet.
Candidates must pass background and drug testing for hire.
