Deepen relationships with strategic Resonate clients and agencies through our proprietary Insights platform. Use survey research to measure brand lift and provide campaign reporting on an ad hoc and continual basis.
  • Develop a positive relationship with the sales, account management, product, and research teams, working to ensure Resonate clients receive best in class service
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Resonate’s sales team, clients & agencies on best practices for brand, political, advocacy and corporate social responsibility advertising campaigns—must be capable of advising senior leaders
  • Support the creation of sales presentations to present results and strategic insights, next steps and competitive analysis
  • Provide expertise on Resonate’s advertising effectiveness methodology, campaign optimization and marketing insights
  • Proactively identify new resources and methodologies that advance business goals
  • Work closely with product teams to help drive product enhancement based on client needs
  • Work with the Research teams to develop compelling insights that drive account growth

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in digital advertising/consulting in a client-facing role
  • Strong quantitative market research experience ideally focused on digital media measurement or brand advertising research
  • Must have strong data analysis/reporting skills and the ability to distil that data into clear and concise take-aways to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Experience with tracking systems used by direct advertising clients (comScore Media Metrix, PlanMetrix, Nielsen, Omniture and/or Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Familiarity with commercial ad platforms such as DoubleClick and Atlas or competitive DSP/DMP platforms (Turn, MediaMath, Invite)
  • Statistical analysis and associated tools (e.g.SPSS)
  • Detail oriented, with a talent for crafting visually inspired presentations
  • Superior time management skills that allows for effective simultaneous management of multiple client advertising campaigns
  • Client management or advertising experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus exceptional analytical abilities
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, or brand research is preferred
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Educational Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or related field
  • MBA preferred
