Position Profile The Customer Liaison position is assigned to key customer sites. In addition to delivering certain contracted services, this position is responsible for interfacing with the client to determine the best way to meet current and future needs and for building a positive relationship with the customer in order to grow the account. This position will focus on the administration and training of Viewpoint Software for the client site. May have on-site/off-site or third-party job coordination and/or job consulting responsibility. Will maintain a high level of customer interaction. This position may also be responsible for technical support for equipment, production and job requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement and facilitate training programs for Viewpoint Software.
Interface with internal and external customers to manage/troubleshoot issues or needs with Viewpoint Software.
Assist with writing Crystal Reports from the Viewpoint Software.
Responsible for basic software/network administration functions.
Perform basic website updates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Requires 2-5 years experience in a related field, construction industry preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required.
Web page administration skills required.
Customer Service experience required.
Training experience preferred.
Crystal Reports experience preferred.
