DESCRIPTION

This position maintains a relationship at multiple levels within the organization. The primary objective of the position is to work with the Business Development and Account managers to demonstrate RQ applications. In addition, it required to achieve the highest level of software understanding possible and position RQ as exceedingly well during the software evaluation phase. Regular Customer status calls into accounts will be required to maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

DUTIES

The responsibilities of this position are:
  • General contact and relationship management
  • Communication of RamQuest solutions
  • Customer contact in to achieve a proactive approach to ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Provide resolution to issues experienced by strategic customers.
  • A general sounding board for new ideas, partner contacts, and opportunities within the industry.
  • Expansion of products and services
  • Explanation of benefits related to solutions.
  • Up-selling new products and services.
  • Work with the Support service team to escalate issues identified during customer status calls.
  • Updating information in CRM system.
The goals and Objectives of this position are:
  • Achieve 95% customer satisfaction in demonstrations.
  • Achieve 90% customer service satisfaction.
  • Achieve 95% customer rating on solutions development.
  • Achieve 100% of customer status calls. This includes making contact with the list of customers assigned.
Each % objective section will be measured by surveys received.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Skills required are:
  • Detailed understanding of RQ products functionality.
  • Detailed understanding of Title Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project planning and coordination skills.
  • High Level technical understanding of OS, SQL, Networking.
  • Provides low level technical support to clients.
