Serenity Day Spa is seeking a Customer Service and Retail Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of spa coordinators, resolving client concerns, coordinating spa parties, retail inventory management and merchandising.

Required Skills

Serenity Day Spa requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven Customer Service & Retail Manager who can inspire a team and is very detail oriented.

Candidates must have:
Some college (preferred);

3 years of experience in retail and/or spa environment;

Ability to create friendly, professional relationships with guests, technicians and spa coordinator team;

Must be sales driven and enjoy attaining daily, weekly and monthly sales goals;

Ability to manage detailed information and multi-task in a busy spa environment;

Ability to take initiative, ownership and prioritize tasks;

Lead by example and get positive results from spa team.
