Full-Time. Located in Hilo.
Sell complete cable packages, upgrade existing services, save downgrades, and to promote excellent customer service by assisting customers, providing information, answering questions and solving problems in the Hilo System area.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one-year administrative, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Working knowledge of computers including Windows, Word, Excel. Stable employment history.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES : Types at least 40 wpm, use of telephone system, and calculator. Must have excellent telephone etiquette, good persuasive, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to sell and handle all customer service inquiries through effective communication. Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics. Must be able to lift and carry 8 pound converters.
Hours: Work schedule is shift work including Saturdays & Sundays .
