Customer Service / Instrument Runner
We are seeking a punctual and dedicated professional to pick up surgical instruments from pre-determined hospital locations in the Metro New York area and deliver the instruments back to the New Jersey based repair facility for their repair. Once fully repaired, the instruments are to be delivered back to the hospital. This will require the ideal candidate to communicate effectively with high level hospital customers.
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Easily adapt to busy and slower times in the work day
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Trustworthy and reliable
Personable and easygoing
Able to lift and load up to 35lbs on a regular basis
Clean driving record and ability to get to New York based hospitals easily
MUST have access to safe parking (metered parking is not acceptable)
Familiarity with MS Office a plus
Shift hours: 10:30am to 7:30pm
Background check, credit check and MVR required
