The Customer Relationship Manager position is: Responsible to manage day-to-day customer relationships and to 'co-lead' alongside a Production Lead in order to: Ensure that customer requirements are effectively transferred to the mini-company and that those requirements are met Ensure a profitable balance between production resources allocated to meet customer need and expected return from customer Ensure customer delight in order to maximize return from the account Responsible for assessing and solving all issues arising from customer requirements, difficulties in meeting, and costs to meet such requirements Responsible for timely day-to-day communication with customer and for appropriate action and response Responsible for control of accounts receivable Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of paperwork Responsible for routine quotes The ability to speak with customers on a technical level as to product specifications and requirements is key Are you results driven? To accomplish this goal, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are necessary as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. Timeliness and the highest level of professionalism are critical in communication with customers be it via email, telephone or other methods. Customer Relationship ManagerOur ideal candidate has: A four year degree in business or engineering but strives for a broad, hands on position in the work world At least four years of rele vant experience in manufacturing management Prior experience in sales or field service is preferred Any prior experience or training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and quality systems is looked upon very favorably Fluency in English, Spanish.
