Now hiring for Inbound Customer Service Representatives for a National Health Insurance Provider
Position close: Monday April 15th
Previous experience in the health insurace/healthcare industry preferred
Must be able to complete the 7 week (8am - 4:30pm) paid training course starting on April 25th.
**Are you least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States?
*Do you have a high school diploma or GED?
*Do you have at least 6 months customer service or call center experience?
*Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? *Are you motivated to achieve goals?
*Do you have good computer/keyboarding skills?
*Do you have excellent listening skills?
*Do you possess strong verbal and written communication skills?
Are you be flexible with scheduling (Nights, Weekends, Holidays)? Hours of operation: Mon through Sun, 7am to 10pm
