This is an open position for Concentrate division
customer service. Reporting to the Concentrate
Operations Director, this role requires an engaging
relationship with both internal and external customers.
Ideal applicants will demonstrate effective
communication skills throughout all levels of
Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships
with all Canandaigua Concentrate accounts including both
external and internal customers.
Strong communication skills with ability to effectively
articulate both verbally and in written form.
Insure orders are accurately input through JDE, arrange
transportation as needed, and confirm purchase orders to
Strong Microsoft Suite skills focusing on Excel
Work closely with Concentrate Operations staff to
effectively communicate customer needs and available
Communicate order releases both at Mission Bell and cold
Produce timely and accurate labels for concentrate
Prepare sample paperwork for all customers.
Maintain purchase agreements and depletions spread
