Position Description: Project Development Coordinator Project Development Coordinator is responsible for a variety of daily tasks. These include managing and personal ownership of incoming calls from clients, consultants, production, and call center representatives. Scheduling of production installation dates. Organizing, planning and prioritizing installations. Updating Client interactions to insure accurate data base is upheld. Outbound calls to obtain additional information from Clients in regard to their contracts. Heavy data entry work. Qualifications: • Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task is essential. Detail oriented. • The ability to work efficiently and productively within and ever changing environment.• Must have 3-5 yrs previous customer service background. Preferably in a client driven organization. Will train for the entry level position.• Professional attitude with the drive to provide spectacular service to our clients. Technical Requirements: • Experience using CRM/ERP tools to support customer service activities.• Appropriate technical acumen in telephony and proficiency in software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Competent in process improvement methodology and tools.• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus. Hours/Scheduling: We regularly open Monday – Friday at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. We are open Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM As weather dictates, there may be longer hours/additional days, during storm mode' This position currently fills a shift that includes 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM 4 days a week and Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Training period is 9-5 and flexibility to cover other shifts is imperative Education/Certifications Requirements: • Some college; 4 year degree is strongly preferred.
