You bring the world class customer care attitude and we will train the accounting and tech piece! PURPOSE Build customer loyalty with your enthusiasm and above and beyond Customer Service. Work closely with a team of support professionals to identify, document, solve or prioritize and escalate issues that impact our customers success. Insure that our customers are getting the most out of their software and support dollars Deliver value with every customer interaction
RESPONSIBILITIES Identify product issues or defects and represent accurately with critical information such as severity and impact to the customer, following established escalation processes, helping to improve the product and customer experienceQUALIFICATIONS Track record of delivering GREAT customer service and support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products Experience working in a team environment Creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills Time management skills and the ability to work with deadlines Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyEDUCATION A proven track record and passion for being a lifelong learner Accounting training or degree preferred or equivalent experience
