Bob Mills Furniture Company is currently accepting applications for a customer service representative in their Temple, Texas location. Customer Service representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and resolve customer's complaints. Qualified candidates must have exceptional interpersonal communication and problem solving abilities. They must be able to diffuse conflict situations and reach resolution of customer issues in a pleasant, helpful manner. Regular work hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, but must be available to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.

- proficiency in tracking and returning messages and answering telephone calls.
2-5 years of similar experience is required. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
