This position is in our customer call center. Responsible for being professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. Requires a structured schedule for lunches and breaks. Responsible for customer-initiated web chats, e-mails, and phone calls. Additionally, the agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers on all BankPlus products and services. Pursue selling and cross-selling opportunities with Bank customers and prospective customers. The hours for this position will vary between M-F from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All shifts include Saturday coverage. The applicant must be flexible.
Minimum requirement for this position is 6 months prior customer service experience. Applicant must possess basic PC skills and knowledge of all Microsoft office products; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of proper English and punctuation is necessary.
