AAA Washington, winner of several Best Places to Work awards, is looking for a strong leader, with a call center management background, to oversee and provide strategic guidance to a group of Customer Service Supervisors and Representatives in our Insurance Customer Service Unit.
As the Customer Service Unit Manager, you will direct and coordinate the daily operation of the call center while evaluating and making process recommendations aimed at developing a high-performance team. You will work with supervisors, training and support positions to establish and manage priorities while ensuring accurate staffing and productivity and will work to ensure optimal customer service. This position directly manages Supervisors within the unit and is based out of our Bellevue Corporate Office.
If the following describes you…
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred or 2-5 years related experience and training
2-5 years managerial experience in call center setting, insurance industry preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Strong listener with ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
Skill in working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others
Enjoy solving practical problems in a variety of situations.
Knowledge of and/or experience in insurance industry is a plus
