Job Description
Duties include making outbound calls to new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, filing and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and telemarketing experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, above-average knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience working in an office setting. Knowledge of the insurance industry is desired, and an insurance license is a plus.
