Answer incoming phone calls, emails and letters - detailing notes in client / member accounts
Respond to clients / members verbally and via written communications
Continually maintain working knowledge of all company software, products and services
Make recommendations according to customer's needs on software / service features
Research, resolve, and respond to customer / member issues in a timely manner
Process client / member cancellation requests, renewals and past due collections

Job Requirements Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Good oral communication skills on the telephone
Keyboarding and basic computing skills necessary
Able to accurately follow written work instructions
Friendly personality that enjoys assisting customers
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
