We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team!

The CSR will be will be setting a positive first impression of the company to all customers and potential customers. The CSR is the key contact in working with the customers to place their initial order to assuring that the order is properly completed. This includes managing all the necessary paperwork, answering product features, pricing or availability, checking the status of an order, assuring that the product was properly delivered and installed. Provide exceptional customer service through direct and indirect communication.

Address customer inquiries and educate them on the product.

Create and provide price quotes, process purchase orders and follow up on quotes.

Enter orders into computer system and prepare orders for shipment.

Determine most efficient shipping method and track shipments as necessary.

Proactively communicate to customers any revisions, changes or delays.

Ensure that customer database is current with necessary customer details.

Organize and fill all necessary customer documentation.

Promote monthly sales promotions and specials as appropriate.

1-2 Years progressive work experience with customer facing responsibilities.

High School diploma required.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Ability to successfully navigate custom company software programs.

Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and electronic.

Exceptional phone presence.

Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Self motivated with ability to think creatively to identify solutions to address customer needs.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
