Kapiolani Banking Center (Honolulu, Oahu)
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Friday 8:00AM - 6:30PM; Saturday 8:30AM to 1:30PM on a rotation basis (hours may vary)
Provides quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch. Sells the Bank’s products and services which includes informing the customer of benefits, and features. Acts as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards etc. Projects a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers. Previous sales experience highly desirable. At least six months of cash handling and customer service experience required. Must be flexible to work variable hours/schedule and possibly on Saturdays.
