s Service Department seeks an outgoing, friendly Customer Service Representative whose goal is outstanding service. The Service Representative will primarily provide front-line membership service and support, process member applications and invoices, and update database with changes. Heavy phone volume, including up selling and cross-selling products and services is required. This position will also provide outbound call assistance to our new and lapsed members. The ideal candidate will be independent and autonomous and have a passion for learning.
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Database experience; data entry skills & the ability to multi-task.
- Word, Excel and Windows experience required.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills a must.
