Customer Service Representative
Founded in 1976, PSI has grown through the years to its current position of being a dominant force in the corrugated packaging and packaging supplies marketplace for the Mid-Atlantic Regions.
This position requires extensive contact with customers and all internal areas of the company to ensure the accurate and timely reception, scheduling, production and shipping of customer orders.
The ideal candidate should have Sales and/or Customer Service experience in manufacturing and enjoy working in a fast pace environment requiring handling various projects at the same time. The individual must have a positive, upbeat attitude and develop a strong commitment to solving the customers’ packaging needs.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
