Customer service representatives in our call center handle a large volume of customer and broker inquiries regarding current policy status, payment history and policy changes. Ideal candidates will be energetic, possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to effectively manage their time and be capable and confident problem solvers. Although not required, prior understanding of auto insurance terms or experience is a plus. Prior call center experience with high call volume levels is also desired. In addition, bilingual candidates are preferred. We offer a competitive salary, Medical, Dental and 401k plan along with two weeks paid vacation.
