Customer Service Representative- Associate
with Label Works, a Navitor company, you will communicate directly with our customers in a call-center work environment to provide a world-class experience for our customers. In this role, your primary responsibilities will consist of answering incoming calls, e-mails and instant messaging to assist customers with questions about product information, order status, and how to correctly place orders on an internet-based website, all while achieving the upmost service plus sales experience for our customers.
Label Works utilizes industry leading call center technology, creating a transparent environment allowing every Customer Service Representative the opportunity to excel in this position.
- Ability to multi-task through multiple computer screens, use resources efficiently, make decisions independently, and create an amazing customer experience while handling confrontational or intense situations positively
- Knowledge of how to increase sales via suggestive selling techniques
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Identify process improvements in the work place, and work as a key contributor to a diversified team
- Strong communication skills and typing skills are required
- Previous call center experience is preferred
