We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Claim Service Associates, with the availability to work between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 am (Midnight), Sunday - Saturday, 40 hours per week. Weekends are required to be considered for this role. Additionally, candidates must be able to attend training classes from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm for three (3) weeks (Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday) before being assigned a regular shift. You must be present for all hours of training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak with drivers who require roadside assistance, as well as drivers who need glass replaced on their vehicle
  • Speak with tow vendors and automotive glass shops to assign work to them and ensure they have assisted our drivers
  • Contact vendors for status on work authorized or requesting invoices for work completed
  • Use established guidelines to handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide feedback to Supervisors concerning escalations, possible problems or areas of improvement
  • Promote and improve proven Claim Service Associate techniques to meet and surpass departmental goals
  • Research and provide follow up assistance on claim discrepancies from clients, vendors or the billing team
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and clerical work as directed by Supervisors

Requirements/Necessary Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound call center with computer input during calls (at least 1 year required for consideration)
  • Ability to mufti-task in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
  • Goal oriented with the intent and desire to improve customer service
  • Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening
  • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Strong Computer skills; Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps and typing 40 wpm
