CSRs --|
•Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. Most callers are asking about their prescription drug order and/or what their insurance covers.
•Resolve customer issues.
•Assist pharmacies to properly submit and adjudicate electronic prescription drug claims.
•Make outbound follow up calls.
•Process Prior Authorizations.
•Process prescription drug claims submitted for manual reimbursement.
•Process manual eligibility requests.
•Identify and recommend job related process improvement opportunities
•Perform project work and other duties.Prior experience required in employee health insurance benefits and/or call center. Please ONLY apply if you have this knowledge and experience.CSRs work on a rotating schedule, which includes major holidays, evenings (until 9 PM,) and weekends: Saturdays (8am † 6pm) and Sundays (9am - 3pm.)
