CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am-5:00pm. *Hours are subject to change*
High volume Inbound call center responds to Calls and Emails from TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and TJMAXX.com customers in the United States
Quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, complaints and requests, via Phone, Email and Mail during extended business hours
Interacts with stores, internal management, eCommerce contacts and other departments as necessary to resolve issues
Document all information into the customer service database
Work on offline projects as assigned and monitor Social Media sites
THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN FRAMINGHAM, MA BUT WILL BE RELOCATING TO MARLBOROUGH, MA, IN THE FALL of 2013
2 or more years of retail customer service experience and/or a call center environment is required
Experience with Social Media moderating and/or posting on behalf of a company
Must have strong communication skills, typing skills and pay excellent attention to detail
Requires effective business writing skills and strong verbal communication skills
Bilingual skills are a plus
In addition to working weekends, Holidays may also be required
High School Diploma or equivalent
