To provide support in dispatching the appropriately trained resource to service Carousel Maintenance and T&M customers in a timely manner with customer satisfaction as the goal.
Receive telephone and/or email requests for performance of services
With training, CSR will create service orders upon developing understanding of the request to ensure that the proper resource is assigned to the request
Works directly with technicians to ensure on-time performance is met, in accordance with customer expectations
Verifies equipment availability and shipment times with vendors
Following up with requestor of service(s) ensuring, through internal and external coordination, that the details of the work have performed to customer satisfaction
Follows up with vendors to ensure paperwork is received at time of work performed to allow CSR ample time to verify accuracy of vendor invoicing
Works as a team member to ensure all responsibilities are met at the close of the business day
Performs other projects and assignments as required
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience as a Customer Service Representative or as a Dispatcher
Telecommunications knowledge a plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Interest in being customer liaison with excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with computer and database management programs
