Great opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills in the health claims field!

Responsibilities include:

1. Assists a variety of callers including insured, agent, provider, and/or internal customers.

2. Answers customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

3. Verifies eligibility and benefit coverage and explains pending or finalized claims to callers.

4. Resolves simple issues to the satisfaction of the customer.

5. Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved.

6. Contributes to team tactics to meet defined goals.

7. Meets established attendance and punctuality guidelines.

8. Additional duties, as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED

2. Ability to meet quality and production standards on a consistent basis

3. Must be PC literate, with Basic to Intermediate skills using MS Office products

4. Strong communication skills, including written and verbal

5. Basic to Intermediate analytical skills

6. Must have a high level of credibility and maintain confidentiality

7. Ability to pass pre-employment tests (office skills, typing, 10-key)

8. Strongly prefer previous experience in the health claims industry.
