Tasks The Customer Support Engineer II reports to the Supervisor - Customer Support, and is responsible for executing service programs that deliver the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring successful and timely account activation, performing problem solving that leads to client satisfaction through quality customer service. This position requires excellent customer support, troubleshooting skills, communication and strong technical skills in support of HCTM products.

Requirements 2-5 years of customer technical support experience, including escalation experience. Minimum Technical Skills: Phone, Email and Internet based support skills. PC setup and configuration. Internet networking and security. Experience using call tracking systems. Experience with development and maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases. Experience with one of more of the following: Database import, export and SQL, Third party statistical analysis packages, Knowledge of HTML, JHTML, XML or scripting languages. Exceptional oral and written communication skills required. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences a must. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast- paced environment that embraces change. Self directed work habits; high energy and results-oriented. Strong problem solving skills. A "can do/will do" positive attitude with creative and collaborative teamwork skills. Fluency in Spanish as a second language a plus. Experience with a company that provides software and hardware products to the Health Care industry is strongly preferred.
