Job Summary: To support key administrative and operational tasks for the Account Executives of the PCM sales team

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive, edit, and process incoming customer orders or quotes with MACS in a timely manner.
  • Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist the AE’s with the settlement of customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records in CRM and CMT and CAP.
  • Represent the company’s best face to all customers. May maintain direct, continuing relationship with customers.
  • Prepare, generate and distribute required reports, including Backorder Reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by AE’s and/or management.
  • May be asked to make proactive calls or follow up
  • May be asked to perform additional administrative duties by supervisor
