Position: Customer Service Rep. (CSR)

Job Summary: To support key administrative and operational tasks for the Account Executives of the PCM sales team
- Receive, edit, and process incoming customer orders or quotes with MACS in a timely manner.
- Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist the AE’s with the settlement of customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer account records in CRM and CMT and CAP.
- Represent the company’s best face to all customers. May maintain direct, continuing relationship with customers.
- Prepare, generate and distribute required reports, including Backorder Reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by AE’s and/or management.
- May be asked to make proactive calls or follow up
- May be asked to perform additional administrative duties by supervisor
