Under general supervision by the Senior Customer Service Representative, the purpose of the position is to assist in the utility billing and collection function for the City. Employees in this classification are responsible for the collection of public funds, investigating public inquiries, and ensuring accurate account maintenance. Performs related work as required.

Qualifications HS Diploma or GED required and one (1) year of customer service experience and trained in handling and responding to complaints. Must have the ability to successfully complete a 10-key test based on speed and accuracy.
Special Requirements HTE experience, and two (2) or more years of customer service experience preferred.
