Systems Services of America is looking for an energetic and professional Customer Service Representative. On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for working in a professional team environment and performing various duties that will include but are not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service
Accurate and efficient computer based order entry
Answer technical questions for customers
Tracking order shipments
Processing orders over the phone for customers in a specific market segments
Other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, or education required
High school diploma required
A flexible schedule and may include working Saturdays and Holidays
Computer experience needed including Windows, Excel and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Distribution center or food services experience preferred
A high level of professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Basic mathematic skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
