OPENLANE is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in our Mesa office. In this role you will be responsible for:
Tracking units and taking ownership of all open issues pertaining to your assigned dealerships and/or consignors.
Handling escalated calls from buyers.
Handling account adjustments based on management guidelines.
Proactively calling dealers with information pertaining to their transit times.
Working with internal groups via Heat Tickets, Cases or other communications to problem solve
Multi-task between phones, reports and web-based information.
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
Experience in dealing with escalated calls
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to organize tasks according to changing incoming developments.
Transportation Industry or Auto Dealership a +.
Strong problem solving skills and accountability.
