This position will be located in Lexington, KY.

The Customer Service Representative must meet the following:
·

A quick learner that can become a Subject Matter Expert in the operations of our retail environment.

·

Deliver world class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone and email in a contact center environment.

·

Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.

·

Performs incident management and uses proprietary software programs to track calls from inception to resolution.

·

Utilizes research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.

·

Excellent communication abilities are essential.

·

Provides proactive communication to internal and external customers.

·

Prospective candidates for this position should be familiar with or have the potential to learn about the company's products and customer base.

·

Verify requests for processing, packing and shipping of merchandise orders and/or various fulfillment requests on a daily basis.

Qualifications

·

High school diploma or equivalent

·

1-3 years customer service experience

·

Proficient with business software and contact management systems

·

Good communication and organizational skills required

·

Problem solving skills

·

Computer savvy; Microsoft Office and Internet usage required

·

Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow-up skills

·

Ability to work in a team environment and in an ever-changing environment along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

·

Ability to approach conflict resolution with a positive attitude

·

Ability to work in fast paced environment

·

SAP experience preferred but not required

·

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
