Customer Service Representative -Grove City, PA

This position will support the second shift ~ 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM

Output:
CSR's must have the ability to function efficiently within a fast-paced, high volume call center assisting callers with applications, completing applications, and providing the status of applications in progress.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor while serving as the initial contact for customers completing applications.
Advise applicants of fingerprinting locations and provide directions as needed.
Inform applicants of the status of their application and/or fingerprints in accordance with TSA prescribed information.
Supply information to customers whose fingerprints have been rejected.
Keep abreast of current security policy procedures.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively discern the proper channeling for a customer request.

Standards and Measurement:
Feedback indicates that external contact is courteous, helpful, and reflects positively on USIS.
Monthly call volume statistical data.
Real-time call monitoring.
Positive interaction, support, and cooperation with management and all team members.
Salary – Salary for this position is $10.48 per hour.

Qualifications -

Administrative- Basic computer literacy including Word, Excel and Suite as well as the ability to complete multiple tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Interpersonal- Superior ability to develop rapport with others in a team and individual setting. Ability to communicate effectively verbally. Ability to listen, organize and follow through on request. Excellent communication and grammar skills. Good attendance and positive attitude.

Analytical- Ability to analyze information from various sources, in numerous formats, and interpret the information.

Technical- Accurate typing skills and basic computer and office machinery literacy to include fax, copier and telephone system.

Team Effectiveness- Able to collaborate effectively with customers and team members to improve team effectiveness.

Physical- Moderate lifting. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications- Bi-lingual conversational Spanish.
