Inbound call processing placing customers orders for pool products through computer based program. Will interact with other customer service representatives and supervisors to respond to customer inquireson existing orders. Will interact with customers during the ordering process to ensure that correct products are ordered to meet customers needs.
- Ideal candidate will have a keen sense of detail, and an extreme attention to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Exceptional phone etiquette is a must, as is a basic proficiency with computers
- History of good attendance and work habits, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Must be able to quickly learn the technical aspect of the swimming pool industry
