Support and service new and renewal business. Answer client inquires. Evaluate client needs and process accurate data/information. Complete all client service requests within targeted timelines. Investigate an answer to coverage inquiries; provide support to other members of the business unit; provide ancillary support; clearly and appropriately document account according to department standards.


Manage daily online activity, including group email inbox, to process production jobs
Ability to identify priorities based on business needs
Attention to detail
Anticipate client needs
Highly motivated
Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize

4 year college degree preferred
Must obtain a New York Property and Casualty License within 1 year of hire-required

2 years insurance experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office, internet, comfortable working with computer technology
