The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a wide range of clerical and support duties within the Support Services Department and for hospital customers. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling, dispatch, and/or coordination for the following divisions: pager service, parking services, central transportation, and meeting/event scheduling. This position is the link between the customer and the Support Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient, customer-focused service, and is expected to demonstrate active, personal daily involvement, visability, open-mindedness, integrity, and professionalism (to Support Center staff, facility staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers). This position may require some evening shifts (1:30-10:00pm).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in health care setting, customer service, or call center.
  • Must be familiar with office equipment (especially fax machine, multi-line telephone).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is necessary.
