The Customer Service Representative’s objective is to make new customers highly successful as quickly as possible, and to keep them satisfied and productive with our products and services on an ongoing basis.
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact with the customer and will build and maintain a solid relationship based on responsiveness and trust.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with little guidance
- Exceptional conversational and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Must be able to multitask and be able to diffuse difficult situations
- Strong Computer Knowledge
- Excel and Word
- High level of proficiency with Internet application such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Outlook, Outlook Express
