Summary: Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing timely and efficient follow-up of all self-pay balances. The representatives work with patients, collection agencies and attorneys offices to resolve issues related to these claims. Representative’s work closely with A.R. Specialists to review patient inquires pertaining to denials, updates in coverage and co-insurance billing questions. As part of their duties they will provide patients with Free-Care information, applications and instructions to assist them in completing the forms. Education: College Degree Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Claims Office required
