The Customer Support Specialist provides support to the Customer Relationships team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of materials to customers and to the CR team.
Has a good understanding of the order entry process
Manages Project Information Sheets for all orders
Manages distribution and updates of the Master Schedule
Updates the Weekly Job Update Spreadsheet
Distributes the Priority Schedule
Communicates summary of deliveries
Provides material revisions for orders as requested by Customer Relationships team (reviewed by CR Team or CRM)
Provides order reconciliations
Enters miscellaneous orders including seconds (reviewed prior to releasing)
Enters accessories on new orders and existing orders (reviewed by CR Team or CRM)
Manages priorities that best assist the Customer Relationships team communicating any conflicts
Files closed documents and files for Customer Relationships team
Provides assistance and support for Customer Service Support Specialist Lead, Order Entry Specialist, Price Analyst, Relationship team, and CRM as needed.
Be computer and software saavy. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
Manage workload to best meet timeframes established by internal & external customers and responding with urgency as needed.

High School education required. College degree preferred.
