At this time we are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to oversee our Assisted and Independent Living communities. Please note the base location for this individual is flexible..
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Confer with team members to gain knowledge of situations requiring training and to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
Development of a strong Customer Service program including, train-the-trainer, delivery of training strategy and roll-out of training
measuring effectiveness of the training and the overall program
Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods
Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops as required.
Conduct training sessions covering customer service and other specified areas.
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and support on-going trainings as needed.
Develop appropriate measurement criteria to track the effectiveness of all trainings.

Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related field with course work that establishes knowledge of business, sales, marketing, communication, training/education and customer service.
Minimum of 2 years training experience with significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement.
