As a Customer Support Agent , you will be responsible for providing resolution to end-user inquiries on a wide variety of consumer electronic products. This person will employ basic troubleshooting skills combined with excellent customer focus to determine appropriate course of action in a professional and timely manner. This person will provide support in a number of different communication channels including phone, email, chat and social media.

How you’ll do it · Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a strong orientation towards sound judgment
· Provide a customer-centric, solutions-oriented approach to all inquiries
· Proven troubleshooting skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Mac knowledge +
· Support customers via phone, email, chat and social media
· Log all handled support calls in a ticketing system
· Enter orders in an order entry system
· Maintain strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure
· Provide timely, detailed documentation of all customer/partner interactions and issue resolution according to established customer support processes and tools
What you’ll need · High school diploma or the equivalent
· Thorough knowledge of the computer marketplace
· Familiarity with computers and general office equipment
· Three years’ experience in a customer service position
· Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
· Ability to maintain composure regardless of the situation
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Knowledge of Belkin’s product lines is a plus
· Maintain an excellent attendance record
· Ability to work various shifts as needed
· Maintain an excellent attendance record
What you’ve done · Place outgoing calls to follow-up with existing customer service inquiries
· Learn complete Belkin product line
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Understand and follow company rules and regulations
· Perform all other duties as assigned or required

· Fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001, understand and fully support OHSAS 18001 system.
· Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001, understand and fully support ISO system.
