(mt) Media Temple is looking for a few internet-savvy, knowledgeable, and friendly individuals who love helping others to join our Customer Support team based in Culver City, CA. As a Level 1 Customer Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for handling escalated technical questions pertaining to Linux, PHP, MySQL, and email. Your strong technical communication skills will be crucial as you answer inbound phone calls and draft written responses to customer’s ticket inquiries.
