The Virb Expert will be responsible for WOWing our customers by quickly responding to support tickets with issues like helping customers get set up with their account and basic use of the Virb platform, in addition to other requests that arise. Demonstrated proficiency with the Virb product is a definite “must have.”
We’re looking for an individual who thrives in a team environment, is a wicked problem-solver, and is totally interested in improving the overall quality of Virb support.

THE STUFF YOU NEED:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven reliability in customer service role
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with the Virb platform
  • Intermediate-level understanding of HTML & CSS
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Culver City, CA area (Media Temple headquarters)

  • Quickly respond to customer-submitted support tickets
  • Log common issues and feature requests
  • Update help articles and FAQ
  • Train future support team members
